Description
Sports activity seeks to provide university students with the opportunity to form and reinforce habits for the practice of physical activity, so that they can integrate them into the demands of daily life.
Aerobic Dance is an activity that has been widely developed in recent years, performed by men and women. This course aims for the student to acquire the basic skills of aerobic dance, in addition to improving physical condition, both the physical and motor components. Since the groups are heterogeneous in terms of skills, the necessary guidelines will be given so that each person knows how they can do the work adequately, without falling into monotony.
General objectives:
- The university student population will stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the lessons of the Sports activity courses.
- You will acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate. In your practical life of continuous activity, as part of the maintenance and development of your comprehensive health.
Specific objectives:
- Improve physical condition through practical activities carried out in class.
- Improve body coordination through rhythmic activities.
- Facilitate personal interaction through group work.
- Improve movement memory through the execution of different routines.
- Maintain body rhythm with respect to different musical pieces.
- Be an integral-participatory part in classes.
