EF-8231 Baseball-Softball Beginners Women
Description
The Baseball-Softball course gives the university student the opportunity to start and improve in this sporting discipline. The activities that are developed stimulate the acquisition of physical and mental conditioning and maintenance and promote an interest in their health: not only during the course but throughout their professional life, as a means of recreation.
The course is theoretical-practical with one session per week of 100 minutes and will incorporate the basic skills of slow (L) and modified fast (RM) softball, which will allow you to actively participate in a softball game applying the respective rules.
General objectives:
- Students will be able to stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the lessons of the Sports Activity courses.
- Acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.
Specific objectives:
- That the student learns to share the learning of Baseball-Softball with others, and improves her baseball skills in a group.
- To promove baseball-softball practice habits so that they can use it in their free time.
- Improve the general physical condition of the student.
