EF-7261 Handball for Beginners Men
Description
The handball course for beginners in Sports Activity is fundamentally oriented to contact students with the fundamentals and basic principles of the technique and tactics of this discipline. The course consists of two continuous weekly lessons of 50 minutes each, practical and mandatory attendance. These lessons will be carried out by encouraging student participation in activities, encouraging the practice of values inherent to the sport itself and providing information to improve the health and quality of life of students.
General objectives:
- The university student population will stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the progressive lessons of the Sports Activity courses.
- You will acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.
Specific objectives:
- The student will be able to execute the skill of the three steps and move correctly with possession of the ball.
- The student will perform different types of throws, extreme, lateral and pivot.
- Facilitate personal interrelation and teamwork through collective games, promoting the values of sport.
- The student will be able to function correctly in handball game situations.
