Description
This Beginner Personal Defense Sports Activity course aims to educate and raise awareness among the university student population about how beneficial and beneficial a court-martial physical-sports activity can be in daily life, not only as a defense activity against physical attacks but also as a means of physical, emotional and social development.
Through this activity, the student population will receive essential theoretical-practical concepts and foundations which will be very useful in situations of physical aggression.
General objectives:
- The university student population will stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the progressive lessons of the Sports Activity courses.
- You will acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.
Specific objectives:
- Recognize the importance of Physical Exercise in the integral health of the individual.
- Strengthen the physical and motor fitness of the student population through the Martial Arts.
- Encourage the student population to develop positive and enrichment activities personal in their free time such as sports and recreation.
- Teach the basic fundamentals of Personal Defense.
- Offer the student population an activity in accordance with their interests and needs.
