EF-6411 Creative Motion
Description
The development of the activities of this course is aimed at encouraging students to have a positive attitude towards physical activity and at the same time favoring the development and strengthening of physical and motor fitness. In the Sports Activity courses, two lessons are taught per week. In this course, both lessons are offered in a single day.
General objectives:
- The university student population will stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the progressive lessons of the Sports Activity courses.
- You will acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.
Specific objectives:
- Improve physical condition through practical activities carried out in class.
- Facilitate personal interaction through group work.
- Recognize, through different work methods, the need for systematic and permanent sports practice.
