Description
The development of the activities of this course is aimed at favoring the students,
a positive attitude towards physical activity and seeks to improve the development and strengthening of physical and motor fitness. Through aerobic activities, they achieve gains in their cardiovascular condition, in addition to strengthening their coordination, balance and strength.
General objectives:
- Stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the progressive lessons of sports activity courses.
- Acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.
Specific objectives:
- Improve physical condition through practical activities carried out in class.
- Facilitate personal interaction through group work.
- Recognize different training methods to improve physical condition.
- Promote the practice of physical activity, through learning situations in which they enjoy, relax and share with their peers.
