EF-8371 Rhythmic gymnastics



Description

The course is based on the principles of Training Gymnastics (based on Danish gymnastics), that is, physical activity for a better quality of life.

Warm-ups are structured with music and basic rhythmic routines are conducted, and then participate in group choreography, with and without materials.
 

General objectives:
 

  • The university student population will stimulate the development of their socio-affective, physical-motor and cognitive channels, through active participation in the progressive lessons of the Sports Activity courses.
  • You will acquire the knowledge and skills that allow you to integrate the practice of continuous physical activity into your life, as part of the maintenance and development of your overall health.

 

Specific objectives:
 

  • Through the development of each of the course units, it is intended that the participants:
  • Express knowledge of the health benefits of exercise.
  • Recognize orally what Rhythmic Gymnastics (Danish) is.
  • Execute without difficulty the basic movements of each of the gymnastic classifications.
  • Build at least two choreographies.
  • Demonstrate during classes ease of working in groups.
  • Demonstrate through conversations, willingness to practice sequential physical activity.
